  2. Government Processing Delays:

    • If the registration or application process is delayed due to government procedures, refunds will not be issued.
    • Any government fees, duties, or payments made as part of the registration process are non-refundable once proof (e.g., challan or receipt) is provided.
  3. Change of Mind:

    • Refunds will not be provided for cancellations due to a change of mind after work has commenced or been delivered.
    • Instead, you may apply the amount paid toward another service or product of equivalent value from MaxPro.
  4. Timeframe for Refund Requests:

    • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase or service completion notification. Refund requests beyond this timeframe will not be entertained.

Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  • We will notify you via email.
  • Refunds may take up to 15 business days to process and will be credited to your bank account.

Fees for Services

  1. Earned Fees:

    • Fees are earned as services are provided and cannot be refunded for work already completed.
    • Resources and man-hours spent are non-returnable.

Standard Pricing Policy

  • Our pricing is standardized, and no additional service fees will be requested.
  • Additional costs may apply for increased government fees, legal documentation, or resubmissions due to rejection.

Factors Outside Our Control

MaxPro cannot guarantee outcomes influenced by external factors, including:

  • Government backlogs or platform issues (e.g., MCA, Income Tax, FSSAI websites).
  • Rejection of applications for reasons outside MaxPro’s control.

Delays caused by such factors are not eligible for refunds.


Force Majeure

MaxPro is not liable for service delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters, epidemics, legal changes, or labor strikes.
  • Other unforeseen events categorized as “Force Majeure.”

Cancellation Fee

A cancellation fee applies under the following circumstances:

  • A 20% cancellation fee + government fees will be deducted if a refund is processed.
  • If you opt to change the service instead of canceling, the cancellation fee will not apply.
